Corduroy & Pixie Dust ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States for a flat rate per order of $3.75. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days once order is placed, via USPS priority or first class. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. We do not process shipping on weekends or holidays. There are some oversized items that we do not ship for the standard price and a notification will be sent to you concerning additional shipping charges.
We are not responsible for any lost merchandise once it is delivered to USPS. We are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. If tracking states your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing lost or stolen packages.
In store credit will be given for any returns to our stores. Returns MUST be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your order if returning via mail. No refunds will be given, only store credit.
Merchandise MUST be in original condition, including original packaging, no stains, and no washing of the garment or item.
- Return shipping and handling is the customer's responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be refunded.
- You may choose the carrier of choice but we recommend obtaining tracking information.
All items obtained during a sale or discount are FINAL SALE, and no returns will be permitted.
Corduroy & Pixie Dust reserves the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, stained will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. This also applies to any items received after the postmarked date. Postage must be paid within 5 days of receiving the return. If postage is not paid, the item will be donated to a charity of our choice.

Please include your invoice or a note with your name and order # along with the items being returned.
We strongly recommend you inspect your item immediately upon arrival. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 2 days. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 2 days, the return will not receive in store credit, and no refunds will be permitted. If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:
- Send a photo(s) of the item and of what you believe to be a defect. This must be done within 72 hours of USPS showing receipt of package.
- Use "DAMAGED" in the subject line of your email.
- Include the order # and product name of the item.
All orders are final once they have been placed. Items cannot be added or removed from an order once it has been placed.
